An Impromptu School Tour

Three old boys were treated to an impromptu tour of the Ol' place when they met for a reunion in summer 2010.

In the summer of 2010 Ron Saunders, David Sansom and Robert (Bob) Head met up for a reunion.  Ron and David had not met for fifty years since leaving the school in the summer of 1960.

We then went to the school and on making ourselves known to a member of staff were treated to a tour of the school.  As Bob said "we were escorted round like the honoured guests we felt ourselves to be!".

After a nostalgic drive through Harrow, Wealdstone and Harrow Weald we enjoyed an excellent lunch at The Fisheries in Elstree.

It was almost surreal walking round again after so many years.  So much has changed, and yet it all looked and felt so familiar.  We even got to go into the girls changing rooms in the gym. - although now they are part of a fitness centre.
